From Delegate Larry Kump - West Virginia Panhandle

Between now and the start of the 2013 West Virginia Legislative Session (we are not now in session), there will be over 100 proposals studied by the West Virginia Legislative Interim Study Committees.

These issues include, but are not limited to, Unwanted & Stray Animals, Dyslexia, Senior Citizen Taxes, Efficiency in Government, Homeowners' Associations, DUI offenses & Drivers' Licenses, Property Owners' Rights, Election Issues (including gerrymandering reform), Religious Freedom, Freedom of Information on Public Records, Public Employee Pensions & Benefits, Prison Overpopulation, Veterans' Issues, and even Boy Scouts.

A complete listing of all issues and the members of the various legislative study committees is listed at www.LarryKump.us.

(Please note: It is not possible for me to provide a direct link to www.LarryKump.us in this email, so you'll have to visit the website the old fashioned way)

Please share this message with others, and may God bless you all real good.
